Adv Morne Pienaar

Morne Pienaar Director of De Novo Labour Law. Has more than 15years’ experience in Labour Law, Employee Relations (IR) and Contract management. He has completed a Bachelors of law LLB at the University Of South Africa, is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He is also an accredited Practitioner with SABPP (South African Board Of People Practitioners).
He has acquired experience in litigation at all relevant bargaining Councils (MEIBC, CCMA, NBCSA) and the labour court in South Africa. Advocate Morne also has litigation experience in Botswana North Africa and Guinea in West Africa. He has experience with strikes and collective bargaining.
He has obtained international working experience within a multicultural mining environment in North Africa and West Africa further more he has major experience with Unions, Contract Management and has expert dispute resolutions skills. Advocate Morne engaged with the international labor organization in Guinea together with the international finance corporation.
